Happy New Year! We’re kicking off 2026 with exciting project launches, thoughtful designs in progress, and moments worth celebrating. Here’s a snapshot of what we’ve been creating and what’s coming next:

When you are a gourmet home chef but your kitchen doesn’t reflect it, a kitchen addition is the answer!  

Condo Renovation

This condo is being updated and elevated for use as a well-appointed second home, complete with furnishings.

Hudson New Construction


This elegant new home collaboration with ArtHAUS Building Company is being constructed on a lot with an existing house which will be demolished. Follow along for the turn-key installation!

Design as a Force for Good
This holiday season, LYSHD and Schumacher gathered for “Trays of Hope” – a night of creativity and giving. Team members created fabric lined trays that were gifted to families transitioning from homelessness into a furnished home through

Humble Design.
