This major renovation encompassed the Kitchen, Dining Room, Powder, Foyer, Great Room, Sunroom and Master Suite.
Kitchen
The kitchen focus was to create a multifunctional space to prepare 5 star meals for a Chef Restaurateur to entertain family and friends. Within an existing narrow footprint, a massive island hosts a wealth of function and style alike. The John Boos dark maple butcher block is equipped with a prep sink, trash access and pop-up electrical outlet. The wood burning pizza oven was integrally designed with a stone surround and hearth. The built in wine refrigerator, in wall coffee machine and stainless steel farms ink are strategically placed for function. The custom hood surround was designed to store dried herbs from the garden and the distressed blue painted island with pull out baskets and oversized post legs make this kitchen truly unique.
Dining Room, Great Room, Sunroom
The living spaces were freshened up with paint, window treatments, furnishings and new light fixtures. The Great Room has serenity and spunk in a calm palate with ikat pattern window treatments while the Sunroom doubles as a music room housing the homeowners collection of various drums and instruments. The dining room with pops of orange silk drapery, a stainless steel table, oversized wing host chairs and a custom plaid upholstered banquette are both fashion forward and functional.
The master bathroom was reconfigured and renovated to replace an oversized soaking tub with a large walk-in shower. Pebble flooring in the shower surrounded by glass gives a luxury resort feel. The his and hers double vanity with tower boasts ample storage and a television for watching morning news. Photos on the way!
