Vast in scale and completely unfinished, this walk out lower level was our blank canvas. Our team’s objective was to create a functional plan and implement our clients’ long and inspiring wishlist of features, and then some, with luxe style to spare. Boasting a full kitchenette and bar, walk-in-refrigerator, wine cellar, banquette, bunk room, entertainment area, multiple conversation vignettes, three sided fireplace, gym, arcade, reading nook, gaming area and a salon, nothing is left desired. Luxurious details, custom applications and elevated finishes were appointed throughout.
The custom banquette is channel tufted with peacock colored velvet and leather, adorned with backlit Lumonyx wall panels and a handmade custom designed chandelier draped with quartz crystals and hand blown glass orbs. A luxuriously upholstered organically shaped large scaled sofa in the entertainment area faces custom millwork layered with mica and wood pulp wall covering and statement sconces. The ease of entertaining is facilitated by a hidden door leading to a wine cellar and walk in refrigerator, accessed by the touch of a button. A glass window to the refrigeration room is featured between two flanking brass shelving units at the bar. Our custom designed cabinetry includes walnut door faces accented with acrylic and brass hardware and glazed maple frames with a subtle blush hue. A bold veined quartz countertop with waterfall edge features purple and metallic sparkling.
A plentitude of gaming options for all ages are housed in an arcade hidden behind artistically carved custom wood doors lit by an ostrich feathered chandelier and near the lacquered night sky wall covering mural with handprinted clouds.
The whimsical salon features statement lighting, styling chairs with electrified pullout tool storage, a hair washing station, high gloss cabinetry, custom doors, carved green marble accent tile, washable wall covering and a spa shower with pill and dot shaped colorful ceramic tile. Guests won’t want to leave and are welcomed to spend the night in the eggplant color drenched hidden bunk room, complete with a pair each of full and twin sleeping nooks with custom cut velvet drapery and mobile brass ladders.
