Trad Meets Mod
New Construction | Furnishings
This home was designed with a sense of place to blend seamlessly into an established neighborhood with traditional architecture.
While embracing a classic approach, the interior aesthetic juxtaposes that tradition with modern, vibrant elements. First, our team designed a functional floorplan to serve an active family. A well appointed chef’s kitchen with dual walnut islands and an adjoining prep kitchen color drenched in deep green are a chef’s dream. Every finish and fixture was then carefully curated. Comfortable furnishings and decor were appointed throughout. With ample spaces to entertain, relax and spend time together, each vantage invites visitors to explore the adjoining space. A classic marble checkerboard entry tile is a bold welcoming statement. Brushed brass fixtures and natural floors wood add a warmth and character, and statement wall covering adds surprise and delight. This home was crafted In partnership with Dutch Valley Homes and Architects C.A. Mc Gettrick.
LYS listened to our tastes but also pushed us to think outside of the box in some key areas and we are so grateful that they did.
“Our experience with LYS was fantastic. We engaged with the LYS team from the outset of our new build project. The team listened to our desires for our family home and made significant revisions to our architectural plans as part of the space planning phase – which we didn’t notice on paper but now see were critical to daily life in the home. We tasked LYS with the interior finish selections for the whole home and asked them to stick within our budget. The process and outcome are nothing short of phenomenal and they made our lives easy throughout ny dealing with specific Q&A directly with the builder. The interior design and furnishings are spectacular in appearance and functionally thoughtful/livable for our family with young kids. LYS listened to our tastes but also pushed us to think outside of the box in some key areas and we are so grateful that they did. We will not go through another project without LYS.”
