This new construction project was a full-service interior design endeavor from construction through furnishings.

Team LYS began our design conception with thoughtful space planning and interior architectural detailing. Every finish was then thoughtfully designed and detailed including a variety of locally sourced specialty millwork treatments and custom metalwork features. Spaces to entertain and relax in all seasons were planned and furnished. A with a two-story pub with a full bar, metal clad fireplace and oak ceilings leaves guests feeling transported to another place in time. An outdoor living space with grill station, wood burning fireplace and resort style lounge furnishings spills into the kitchen or poolside. An owner’s suite with a luxurious spa bath includies a striking tub, luxurious steam shower and loads of functional storage. Construction and Architecture by Old World Classics.
