The Estate Oasis represents a comprehensive transformation of a once-dated residence into a sophisticated, modern-day family sanctuary.
The home was stripped to the studs and reimagined through an open-concept lens. The design honors the home’s original architecture while introducing a neutral, serene palette complemented by custom details—ranging from clean-lined cabinetry with glass accents to well-scaled furnishings, wall coverings, light fixtures, artwork, and custom window treatments throughout the home.
The interior transitions seamlessly between tranquil retreats and high-energy social hubs. The Master Suite serves as a masterclass in texture, utilizing a palette of dusty lilac, metallic silver, and handwoven grasscloth to create a serene, layered environment. This commitment to bespoke luxury extends to specialized spaces, including a feminine, gold-and-blush-toned custom vanity and a window seat filled with custom down pillows, surrounded by silk drapery with a beaded trim for a touch of whimsy.
The lower-level entertainment space focuses on casual comfort with an injection of “spunk” for a lounge-like environment filled with fun and function. Architectural interest was added with a custom feature wall of herringbone wood paneling, wrapped beams, and navy grasscloth-lined bookshelves flanking an Ann Sacks marble mosaic fireplace surround. Versatile zones for conversation, dining, gaming, and media allow a crowd to mingle with ease.
Harmonizing the indoors with the outdoors, the estate embraces the landscape through multiple terraces designed for both intimate dining and large-scale entertaining. A luxurious screened-in porch bridges the gap between the two worlds, offering the creature comforts of an indoor family room with weather-resistant elegance. Resort-inspired elements, like fueled teak lanterns on concrete pedestals and hand-cast planters, create a sophisticated evening ambiance, ensuring every inch of the Estate Oasis is designed to celebrate the art of relaxing at the end of a long day.
