This well-maintained house had great bones but needed an update to suit the needs and style of the new homeowners. Our clients had a modern, clean-lined aesthetic and the house was extremely traditional. We collaborated on every detail of space planning to create a personalized floorplan including a gourmet kitchen, well-appointed owners’ suite, and functional home office. Floral wall covering, festoons and jabots, and plenty of pink tiles were removed and new, modern finishes and light fixtures were implemented. A few special features include a sleek marble fireplace surround, a full bar for entertaining, a custom console vanity for the powder room, a family entry hall with a drop zone and the addition of striking paneling, a grand stair, and bold wall covering in the foyer.
