We began by honoring what was already extraordinary. Original millwork, hardware, and select light fixtures were seamlessly integrated with new interior architectural elements and furnishings. Every finish decision balanced reverence for the past with the refinement of contemporary comfort.
The aesthetic marries Cape Cod polish with Ralph Lauren-inspired equestrian warmth, the result is sophisticated yet approachable. Grasscloth wallcovering, layered navy textiles, tailored upholstery and warm brass tones layer against a backdrop of warm woods and crisp white trim. The result is a home that feels storied and grounded, yet fresh and effortlessly livable.
Upstairs, an updated primary suite redefines sanctuary. Custom closets and a reimagined bath now offer the serenity and functionality needed for today’s pace, while maintaining the grace that defines the home’s original architecture.
A newly built pool house extends the living experience, designed with a lighter coastal touch that is playful, relaxed, and ready for gatherings that spill from indoors to out.
