In 2019, Laura Yeager Smith was enlisted by Norlach Development to collaborate with LB Architects and The Task Team Realtors to design what is now Trentstone, a luxury free standing condominium housing development in Aurora, Ohio. Our team’s goal with the design of the development was to create beautiful, classic homes for modern living. We worked closely with the team to design the exterior elevations which are both unique and classic. The house plans can be tailored to function for empty nesters or families alike and boast a first floor primary suite, high-end gourmet kitchen, flex room, open concept and options for an additional sun room, cover terrace or screened porch. The standard upscale finishes and construction selections on both the interior and exterior can be tailed to a more contemporary or traditional aesthetic. Our team furnished the model home in a classic traditional aesthetic with pops of color. Phase one is now open and we look forward to a future expansion with exclusive amenities.
